Carlos is a marketing leader with nearly two decades of experience turning big ideas into real-world results across live events, radio, digital, and OOH. He’s partnered with brands like Heineken USA, Univision Radio, Novamex, and Uniradio Corp., building campaigns that are creative, growth-driven, and built to perform. Known for his energy, accountability, and get-it-done mindset, he leads with strategy but never loses the human touch.

When he’s off the clock, he’s with his partner, two teenage kids, and five miniature schnauzers (yes, five), or out hiking San Diego trails and kayaking the bay to reset. Fun fact: his first job was a grassroots mobile tour driving a promo vehicle coast to coast, from Miami to L.A. and up to Chicago activating major Hispanic markets and learning marketing the old-school way: on the ground, face to face.
